UpOnly to provide full coverage as new beta app goes live this week

The company is launching their first phase of the mobile application this week. DEFIT aims to position itself as a multisport platform going beyond simple steps tracking but rewarding various activities such as swimming, running, cycling, strength etc. via the integration of all the most popular connected wearables. Embracing fully web3 and decentralization DEFIT app users will not have to create a custodial wallet but simply connect their favorite wallet to earn rewards with on-chain transactions. This will be followed by an exciting NFT collection launch in Q3 created by a famous and talented French artist to be revealed later this month. Each NFT will represent a specific sport and grant its owner a reward bonus multiplier when engaging in a specific exercise. This feature enables users’ to earn significantly larger rewards in their sport of choice and all details will be soon communicated via their new whitepaper version.
From this first beta version phase I, though the move-to-earn and share-to-earn reward system won’t be live yet, DEFIT community will be able to get familiar with the app, connect their Web3 wallet to retrieve their token balance, sync their Garmin devices, create their profile, and start creating content and growing their follower base. In June of this year, DEFIT will expand their list of compatible wearables to include a dozen market leading fitness accessories including Apple Watch, Suunto, Polar, FitBit etc. and implement their complete automated rewards system. This will allow even wider accessibility and stellar community growth. DEFIT will be available on the UpOnly dashboard where users can access more nuanced data on the project.
